I was inspired by one of my blog followers (abraalani) to post a 365 list. I decided that a week by week basis is a little easier to follow (or not follow). I love coming up with themes and seeing what other people interpret it to mean. If you choose to use one of my prompts, please leave a comment with a link to the post! I would love to see what you come up with!!!
Things to know :)…

Well, I uploaded this picture a LONG time ago, which was really not that long ago. It’s NOW DAy 57, and I saw that I was missing my post. Hello! Melissa!! SO HELLO WORLD! Here is Day 41! Can I say that I am a little upset that now my days are all funky 😦 Oh my organized little mind.
A little note about these flowers. My hubby randomly surprised me one day with a cute bouquet of flowers 🙂 They were so pretty and smelled really nice!
Now I know where the term “baby blue” really comes from! Usually babies have blue eyes when they’re born, and when they have blue eyes, they are just breathtaking! 🙂 check out this beautiful baby girl’s baby blue eyes.
I run a photography club at the elementary school I sub at, and it’s been running for about 4 months. My club size has dwindled down to the students who really enjoy photography and editing. This last meeting, I had the students take pictures of a full object, and then, go in closer for a close-up. Directions: No Zoom, and COLOR. They did GREAT! The BEST part of it all was teaching them about layers in Photoshop. I taught them how to create a new adjustment layer and use levels and curves. They LOVED curves. They had fun playing with the different effects of moving the points on the line. I’ve got some creative geniuses. The best part was hearing them say, “THIS IS SO COOL!!!”
I really just wanted to share that 🙂
And this is a windmill that is adjacent to the closest beach 🙂
This is a picture of a vending machine. In Okinawa, and I hear in Japan too, they are EVERYWHERE. There may not be a gas station or a bathroom, but there will always be a vending machine on the side of the road, in the middle of nowhere. This particular vending machine is at the beach! Uken Beach to be exact, and it is near Camp Courtney. Lucky us! A beach 5 minutes away, and I need to go there way more often. HELLO, summer tan! 🙂
